Our banking payments product (Fusion GPP) has started its modernization journey and we are looking for a smart, highly motivated, out of the box thinker and highly skilled technocrat who is also a great team player.
Role and Responsibilities
• Design, hands-on coding, and debugging the application.
• Recommend and implement new technologies that can help improve the product (re-usability, upgradability, scalability, performance being the key considerations)
• Re-design/productize components and address technical debts
• Work closely with enterprise architects to ensure decisions are in keeping with our overall strategy.
• Provide technical guidance to other engineers while supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of the product.
• Investigate application quality and complaints and making necessary recommendations and changes to ensure optimal software performance.
• Participate in product ideation, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.
Job Requirements
• Relevant academic background
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• At least 4 years of proven experience in relevant area of technical expertise
• Good understanding of loosely coupled architecture
• Proven experience in design and implementation of complex products - must
• Expert knowledge of JAVA development technologies and practices – must
• Spring ecosystem - must
• Knowledge of modern concepts such as microservices, container based development and cloud deployment – must
• Experience in performance monitoring - advantage
• Experience in Banking specifically Payments domain – advantage
• Experience Microservice ,Kafka
