Key Responsibilities
Lead SME within the team across multiple BMC productsAssist technical support and specialist team members to resolve platform related issues as requiredAnalyse incident volumes to determine problem management opportunities that translate to volume reductions.Aid the development and implementation of new integrations from Digital workplace into various internal systemsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve process, efficiencies and customer experience.Provide input into learning and development for our entire ecosystem.Mentor and Coach support and specialist team members.Engage with designated senior leaders within the team to proactively contribute to identifying future demand for the function, collaborating as one team.Apply effective DevOps practices, throughout the development lifecycle.Demonstrate strategic thinking during the development lifecycle of planning, creating, verifying, securing, releasing and monitoring of solutions.Prepare effective solution design documentation. Ensure effective source code management.Demonstrates a high level of creativity, and innovation with the ability to design solutions the meet and exceed business requirements.Effective time management skills with an outstanding positive, can-do attitude.Excellent communication skills including the ability to demonstrate critical thinking and effective troubleshooting.Ability to work within a team context through effective listening, speaking and negotiating.Operate with honesty and integrity by consistently holding yourself accountable to Telstra’s values.
