Senior Software Engineer is responsible for understanding project requirements, engineering diverse web applications, maintaining coding standards, delivering quality code, managing personal sprints, performing code reviews, interacting with clients. As a key member of the software engineering team, successful candidates should have in-depth knowledge of front-end and/or back-end technologies, coding standards, and agile methodology.
We are looking for an energetic, polished individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for engineering innovative web applications. Successful candidates will gain expertise in respective front-end or back-end technologies, efficiently delivering quality code, and end-to-end product development.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Understanding project requirements from Technical Delivery Manager
• Engineering product user stories according to preset coding standards
• Delivering high quality code within scheduled sprints
• Contributing to client review meetings
• Collaborating with team members for code integration
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Developing new user-facing features using Python programming
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Contributing in setting up engineering standards
• Performing code reviews
Requirements
• Good knowledge of Python with 4+ years of minimum experience
• Strong understanding of various Python Libraries, APIs, and toolkits.
• 3+ experience in Flask, REST Framework, and Django framework.
• Experience with AWS, DynamoDB, Managed Services, Lambda services
• Hands-on Experience in Databases like Mysql, PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in NoSQL document databases especially MongoDB, Redis.
• Stronghold in Data Structures and Algorithm
• Thorough understanding of version control system concepts especially GIT.
• Excellent understanding of MVC and OOP. Bonus for the understanding of prevalent design patterns.
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills
