Responsibilities

Deliver test strategy and execution plan for Cloud Security group that encompasses the following key technology areas - Data Leak Prevention (DLP) System, Data Classification, SaaS/IaaS cloud connector, Threat Management Systems, API service integrations, UEBA, Security Posture Monitoring
Implement Automation Framework for Lookout's Category defining SASE products - CASB, SWG, ZTNA
Responsible for building strategy and execution plan for performance, reliability and longevity testing of all SASE products
Participate in a complete Product life cycle starting with understanding various functional requirements, defining/writing Test cases/specification, CI/CD, release and support.
Work with the Customer Support team in troubleshooting and reproducing customer issues in-house and help developers to fix in a timely manner
Work with partners, vendors and third parties to deliver partner solutions
Work with Program managers, Product Managers, Developers and other stakeholders in delivering high quality products.
Deliver test status report to senior leadership - clearly articulating the current status, risks and mitigation options
Work as a change agent and force multiplier for team members by writing high quality documents and evangelizing technology
Review, own and drive all aspects of testing strategy
Be the Gatekeeper for all aspects of quality as seen by Lookout customers and partners

Requirement

6+ years of experience with an engineering degree in Computer Science or related degree
Strong Experience in AWS, GCP and Azure cloud platforms
Experience in Cloud Applications for File sharing(Box, Google Workspace, One Drive), CRM(Salesforce, servicenow) and Messaging service (Slack, Teams)
Excellent in setting up Automation test framework and establishing the test procedures
Experience in automation test frameworks Selenium and other Data Driven frameworks
Experience in Shell Scripting/ Python, RESTful and WebSocket based services with API's AND/OR Java programing,
Hands-on experience in Docker, Linux, Windows, XML, PostgreSQL / Splunk with ability to write queries
Sound fundamentals in Operating Systems and Data Networking
Experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, Terraform, Spinnaker
Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
Should be able to adopt new technologies easily
Should have worked in Agile based SDLC
Should be ready to work in both manual and automation test approach
Should be prompt in identifying competing priorities and prioritizing them for business
Should have a "break the solution" attitude
Excellent in Test Planning, Test Case writing, Task Estimation
Communicate well both orally and written, with all stakeholders and work with virtual teams across the globe

Prior SASE experience (SWG, ZTNA, CASB)
Experience with Operating Systems Windows, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu)
Experience with AWS networking - Global Accelerator, Transit Gateway, Internet Gateway
Experience with EKS, K8S, SQS/SNS, Redis, RabbitMQ, ELK, Qosmos, TrendMicro, Snort,
Experience with ESM
Building Test strategies for complex security deployment with a lot of VM and Container based components in a highly distributed cloud environment
