Position Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer with expertise in React Native to join our growing mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mobile app development, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to deliver high-quality applications with native-like performance.

Jaipur/ Gurugram - Hybrid
What We’re Looking For
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOPs principles and secure coding standards.
• Integrate existing and custom-built React Native components efficiently.
• Optimize app performance and memory usage across both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, intuitive user interfaces.
• Utilize GIT/SVN for version control and manage development workflows effectively.
• Ensure robust error handling and implement comprehensive logging mechanisms.
• Perform unit testing and support the integration of automated testing frameworks.
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs, manage offline storage, and handle mobile databases.
• Analyze and debug performance bottlenecks and bugs to maintain native-like responsiveness.
• Ensure app delivery feasibility while adhering to coding best practices and design principles.
• Explore and adopt new technologies, libraries, and tools to enhance project efficiency.
• Use platform compilers with the highest warning level and proactively resolve all warnings.

• 5- 8 years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, OOPs, and cross-platform mobile development.
• Good understanding of UI/UX, mobile app lifecycle, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Android or iOS native development is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems like GIT or SVN.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and test automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
