About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer...
In this role, you will:
• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications, India:
• 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio
• Knowledge on the 6 programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (and Query Studio experience) or Guide Template Language.
• Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP)
• Strong background in agile SCRUM agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
• Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant is preferred,
• Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)
• Understanding how to build a custom preference center.
• experience in the creation and execution of Marketing Cloud automations using Automation Studio.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
• Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives including escalation and mitigation of issues, risks, and business impacts
Desired Qualifications:
• SFMC Modules: Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey builder, Automation Studio, cloud pages and Contact Builder.
Languages: Amp script, SQL, SSJS, Javascript, HTML
