We are looking for a talented and 3-5 years experienced Software Engineer who loves computer science as a subject and loves mentoring students of computer science as well. You will take the role of mentoring junior developers and actively participate in handling Gweilabs batches.
In this dual role, you will have the opportunity to build Gweilabs as the next leader in the EdTech space.
Job Responsibilities
=================
• Developing and teaching courses for all the technologies we cover.
• Manage engineers’ academics, concerns in an open and non-judgmental way
• Research different training modules, methods and industry best practices in training and try to incorporate them into our training system
• Content creation - help us creating training videos, training documents etc.
• Tracking engineers' training activities and ensuring their growth
This role is suitable for you if you

• Hold 3-5 years of experience as a developer and deep knowledge of computer science
• Are excited about teaching both CS and non-CS grads
• Are naturally inclined towards identifying gaps in students' understanding and clearing them
• Like to bring people together to share knowledge and organize events, talks etc.
• Want to work in a people-centric, operational role
• Are able to convince people and have engaging interactions with people
• Want to establish and run processes
