Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior MEAN Stack Developer / Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy robust web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using MEAN stack
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and code quality
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in full-stack web development with strong expertise in MEAN stack
Excellent knowledge of Angular (v10+ preferred)
Proficiency with Node.js and Express.js
Strong experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Prior experience in client-facing roles
