Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tech Lead with a robust background in software architecture, cloud services, mobile and web development, and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the tech industry and specific experience in the security and mobile device management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Trio's MDM and EDR solutions.
• Architect scalable, robust, and secure software systems.
• Oversee and guide the technical team in the implementation of new features and maintenance of existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Drive innovation within the team by staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the security and mobile device management industry.
• Software Architecture: Proven experience in designing complex, high-performance software systems.
• Cloud Services: Extensive experience with AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
Programming Languages:
• Golang: Strong proficiency in developing high-concurrency applications.
• Node.js & NestJS: Expertise in building scalable server-side applications.
• Mobile Development:
• Android: Proficient in Java/Kotlin.
• iOS: Proficient in Swift and Objective-C.
• Web Development: Advanced skills in React.js for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
Database Technologies:
• PostgreSQL: Advanced knowledge in database design and optimization.
• Elasticsearch: Experience with search engine and analytics platform.
• Kafka: Proficiency in using Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
• RabbitMQ: Expertise in message-broker software for reliable messaging.
• EDR Development: Hands-on experience in creating security solutions for endpoint detection and response.
• Security and Compliance: In-depth understanding of compliance standards and security best practices for mobile devices and enterprise environments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
