Job Description
• Web Developers with experience in development, deployment and support to work on the best Cap Table Management application for Private companies. In US.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for software design, development, testing, automation and maintenance of applications.
• Work in a cross-funcitonal Agile team to design and develop Software solutions that fits within the guidelines set forth by Security, Architecture and Solution Leads.
• Deliver quality software following coding, accessibility and cross browser standards
• Create documentation and test scripts supporting the development work. Also provide documentation to Release/implementation teams to help them successfully deploy changes to Production environment.
• Support business as usual activities (BAU) with Application support and Customer Operations team including but not limited to resolving production defects, performance issues and system outages.
• Act as primary support person for applications under his/her responsibility including monitoring for availability and performance.
• Identify and implement new and improved technologies & tools that would benefit supported systems and business .
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Essential functions are typically performed in an office setting (Standard Statement)
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with EQ policy standards
• Ability to see items clearly at a distance of 20 inches or less (i.e, near vision acuity)
• Must be able to regularly operate a computer and other office machinery/equipment
• Must be able to occasionally move around the office to access file cabinets, office equipment/machinery
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 0 lbs, and occasionally lift and carry up to 0 lbs
• Noise level is medium
• Able to endure prolonged seating/standing associated with the performance of essential functions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Should have a Engineering or Science degree with good academic track record.
• 6+ years of experience building Enterprise scale applications.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery and Angular
• Experience in Java, Spring and RESTful Services.
• Knowledge of SQL Server would be preferable.
• Experience working in an fast-paced, deadline driven Agile environment
• Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within teams as well as across other areas.
• Flexibility and willingness to stretch outside of working hours when there is a business need.
PREFERRED
• An aptitude for logic and mathematics.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architectures.
• Exposure to Capital Markets
