Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer will be a key member of the Software Development team by solving complicated, challenging problems with code and delivering solutions that make a real difference to job seekers and teams.
Responsibilities
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding practices.
• Oversee the automation of business and technical processes, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, and maintain and enhance deployed code as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Product Line Technical Leads and other software engineers to ensure adherence to company coding standards, policies, and IT procedures.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new strategies and technologies.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience building software using Node.js, Express, React, Typescript and NextJS.
• Thorough knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, ES6 JavaScript.
• Experience designing clean and maintainable RESTful APIs.
• Solid RDBMS and NoSQL database experience. Specifically, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with JavaScript Frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with JavaScript Backend frameworks.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB), a plus.
• Good knowledge of basic large-scale internet service architectures (such as load balancing, CDN's, MEAN, and Queues), even if you haven't worked on one.
• Experience with common applications such as Apache, Redis, Git, and Docker.
• Ability to learn new software languages, frameworks, and APIs quickly.
• Sharp and tenacious troubleshooting skills

Annual base pay range : $120,000.00 155,000.00 + bonus potential.
