SAP BO developer – Module Lead
What can you expect?
Strong hands on experience on SAP BO Development (Must Have)
Strong experience on all modules of SAP BO include Information Design Tool, Web Intelligence, Universe Design Tool, etc. (Must Have)
Strong experience and knowledge on Database including writing SQLs, Tuning Queries, etc (Must Have)
Should be familiar with data warehousing and database concepts (Must Have)
Ability to work both with the Team at technical level and also with Stakeholders from business perspectives
Experience of being part of an End to End BI Solutions built over DWH systems with SAP BO as the Reporting Solution.
Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers
Should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks
Skilled in handling user queries and requests
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships
Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Adaptability to change
Knowledge of processes & best practices within the team & industry

Own up the SAP BO development Responsibilities Including
As a Module Lead, you are responsible for Hands-on development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module
Business Objects development on UDT, IDT, Web Intelligence, Design Studio, Data modelling, data integration, etc.
Define and design Universe, Business Intelligence Dashboards and Reports. Develop, support and improve existing business Objects systems including both Universe, Reports and Dashboards.
As Module Lead, do code Reviews for the Team Deliverables, mentor team members from technology perspective, help improve the technical processes and incorporate Best Practices
Strong technical resource with strong technical skills Database and scripting (PL/SQL, SQL and Stored procedures)
Hands-on experience with development using an ETL Tool like Informatica would be preferred
Knowledge/Exposure of any other Reporting Tool like QlikView or QlikSense would be a plus
Needs to develop subject matter expertise through the development exposure and be able to provide level 3 support /enhancement to the existing Reports.
Provide analysis and capability to resolve support issues.
Should have good experience in application of standard software development principles.
Maintain the required Technical documents and ad-here to the processes and best practices put in place for BO Development
Should have strong understanding of SQL and Data warehousing concepts
Follow standard set of processes for Support, Development as well as Change Management
Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies
Have Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi task and liaise with multiple stakeholders
Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Adaptability to change
What you need to have:
7 -10 years’ experience on SAP BO development
BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
What makes you stand out?
Strong Experience acting as a Gate to Review and certify if the Solution is built optimally
Prior Experience on Tableau as an Admin would be a plus
