Job Description
At least 6 years of experience as a Microsoft D365 F O AX Functional Manufacturing Consultant with at least 2 full implementations in manufacturing companies.
Excellent online presentation skills using Teams Able to implement both Discreet and Process Manufacturing Fluent in BOMS Shop Floor MRP practices.
Able to lead the customer in an agile manufacturing deployment Knowledge of WMS is a plus.
Understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects reuses all standard templates and project artifacts and improves quality of DAX Software documentation assets.
Fully utilizes Microsoft Technology and ALM stack LCS BPM VSTS Task guides PowerApps Office 365 etc.
Customizations are required either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application the Functional Consultant facilitates the customers decision making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process.
Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
Participates in providing structured support to DAX Software customers including support portal monitoring when required troubleshooting support requests proactively managing and governance assigned support cases according to SLA Candidate should also have experience in D365 F O implementation Business process modelling utilizing main LCS tools Ability to use VSTS TFS as a consulting task tracking tool.
