Role: Senior Software Engineer/Assistant Manager - EFT Implementation
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Location: Goregaon (Mumbai)
Job Description:
We are looking a manager who lead the team of production support and implementation. The candidates should have knowledge of EFT switch having experience of 4 to 6 year and with good educational background BE/BTech/MCA
· Responsibilities:
o Manage production systems and provide L3 level support.
o Migration of changes to production by following of CM process using maker and checker.
o Patching management – Application and OS level
o Housekeeping of production system
o HA and DR system management.
o Conducting DR drill twice an year.
o Maintaining up time of system.
o Providing of RCA for the incident.
o Incident management
o Scheduling product support duties.
o Planning of implementation projects,
o Resource allocation and providing of timelines to PM
o SIT and UAT support
o Verifying of testing and preparing of test cases based on SoW.
· Skills:
o Knowledge of Switch, ISO and NDC/DDC protocol is must.
o Card management
o DB knowledge is must (any DB is would be okay) SQL preferable
o Experience of Java is preferable but not mandatory
o Team management
o Patch management
