Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a part of this role, you will be working with the SPARK Radiology team on the SPARK.ai product platform. You will:
Work in a collaborative environment, with architect and technical leaders to understand the product requirements and vision
Lead a team of software developers through New Product Introduction (NPI) development and deployment
Seeks to understand problems thoroughly before implementing solutions. Asks questions to clarify requirements when ambiguities are present.
Write codes that meet standards and deliver desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
Execute in a fast pace delivery mode and focus in delivering tasks to meet the product release goal
Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Demonstrate the understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and able to distinguish the core inputs and outputs in each cycle
Seek and provide feedback on design and development and articulate the need for scalability and understand the importance of improving quality through testing
Adapts to new environments and changing requirements. Pivots quickly as needed. When coached, responds to need & seeks info from other sources
Overall, you must be a great problem solver and have a very strong go-getter attitude to overcome any technical challenge that may come your way.
Education
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent combination of education/experience
What we are looking for:
7+ years of experience in Full stack development (Web/Mobile), with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software
Good to have design experience with Micro frontend-based architecture
Strong expertise in JavaScript/Type Script based libraries for Web development like React, Redux/RTK
Experience with Mobile App development using React Native, Firebase/Google Analytics
A deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and modern web development practices.
Proficiency with styling libraries like Tailwind
CSS, PostCSS, shadcn, Material
UI, FluentUI
Experience in usage of testing methodologies like TDD/BDD and usage of tools like Karma, Jasmine, Jest, Chai, Mocha, puppeteer, playwright etc.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Programming (OOP) concepts and Unified Modeling Language (UML)
Experience with RESTful APIs and general data management flows.
Having strong proficiency in Micro Service development using NodeJS based frameworks like Express
JS/ HapiJS
Experience with Database/caching tools and technologies like MySQL, Postre
SQL, Redis
Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) and version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with industry software development practices, tools and environments including practical usage of Configuration Management systems, Defect Tracking tools and Debuggers
Nice to Have:
Experience with design of deployable containers using Docker & Kubernetes
Experience with cloud computing environments such as AWS/Azure, and microservices.
Experience with creating CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins
Background in healthcare technology or working with large, distributed systems.
Prior experience in Kafka, Serverless architecture, Graph
QL, will be a significant advantage.
Knowledge of data visualization and the ability to implement such features in a user-centric design.
Proficiency in additional programming languages or frameworks beneficial to frontend or full stack development.
