Job Title : Sr. Data Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
• This role is for Sr. Data Engineer that embraces Lean Agile and Extreme Programming practices.
• Data Engineer will work in small, cross-functional teams. They will collaborate directly and continuously with product managers, designers, Data Engineers, Software Engineers and product owners to release early and often.
• Follow the paired development model with agile practices to deliver on user stories
• Work with data scientists and data engineers to support Complex data acquisition activities, data solution ideation, and implementation
• Work with independently technical and business leads to transfer global business requirements into sound solutions and implementation
• Share support responsibilities for implemented components
Responsibilities
Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of work experience in data Engineering skill set
• Familiarity with Cloud tooling from vendors like GCP (Big Query)
• Highly effective in working with Product Managers, Product Designers, Software Engineers, and business partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
