Software Manager / Tech Lead ( Experience 5+ Years but not strict requirement )
Roles and Responsibilities
- Leading a team of 4-5 Software developers.
- Understanding Product requirements put forward by the management and plan delivery milestones.
- Understand developer dependencies and conduct daily standup meetings so that delivery timelines are met
- Act as a layer between support team and development team.
- Participate in client calls to understand requirements and create documentation based on that.
- Ensure proper software development life cycle is followed from Requirement, Design and Development, Testing and deployments.
- Documentation of Product offerings and ensure proper version management is followed.
- Create Software architecture diagrams and product integration flows
Skills
- Have understanding of how backend and frontend technologies work.
- Have some years of experience in Software development preferably in a product based organisation.
- Have experience in managing a team
- SQL, Excel, Github, Python etc
- Extremely good communication skills
