IT Service Management (ITSM): Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) service; ability to manage IT services and oversee service operations
3-5 years leadership experience with strong background in software engineering and technical leadership
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field OR equivalent working experience
Experience with Adobe Products and Delivery

Experience managing a Team Onshore as well as Offshore
Experience with Digital Marketing and Content Management platforms
Strong background and awareness in Accessibility and CyberSecurity
