Job Description:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Good Kronos technical skills
· Kronos Configuration Experience
· UKG techno functional resource to complete both system administration and system analyst work
· Should be able to understand ongoing issues and bring in expertise on how to resolve them
· Should have experience with Payroll process and able to work with different team for smooth payroll process
· Must have hands on experience in Dimensions.
· Experienced / understanding of Kronos APIs and how to integrate them.
· Strong SQL knowledge and experience.
· Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
· Proven communication skills, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability
· Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude
· Stakeholder Management
· Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting
· Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
· Dimensions Timekeeping, Scheduling and Analytics experience
