Team Lead, Development
Since building new edge tech from scratch, our engineers have been continuously reshaping the development landscape. Due to our rapid growth, we design everything with scalability in mind. We solve real problems, creating new functionalities and building impactful solutions to help industries grow.
As a Development Team Lead, your responsibility will be to help in building our development team in Ahmedabad. You will guide and develop engineers that will work on our software solutions. You will be the go-to technical person, taking part in the project decision-making process, creating the DB architecture as it is the backbone of the project, and Leading the Projects with your technical expertise that might include handling the team, coding the software, and solving the challenges.

• You’ll be an integral contributor to handling the projects, curating the backend & deliver the project.
• You’ll use your critical mindset by exploring the context and knowing the ‘why.’ Your ideas will be heard right from the start
• You’ll be in charge of the model, architecture, coding, testing, security, and release of your projects

What You’ll Do
• Lead the development team that'll focus on the software’s conceptualizing, creating, delivering, and beyond
• Helping project teams with solutions architecture, troubleshooting, and technical implementation assistance.
• Working as a software developer.
• Use your expertise in different tech-stack/languages, tech architecture, etc., to drive improvements in the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of projects.
• Oversee project teams' work and provide assistance for any troubleshooting or technical implementation guidance.
• Delivering training sessions and providing technical guidance to the developers, deep technical troubleshooting, etc.
• Ensure standards and best practices are implemented and practiced by large cross-technical teams.
• Help shape the project and improve our internal standards and processes
Who You Are
• You're a people leader and have experience managing technical teams
• Technical background with over 5 years dabbling into multiple technologies and grasping the crux of them.
• Significant hands-on experience with MERN stack.
• Have the experience to conceptualize & create DB architecture.
• Strong understanding of responsive websites and REST API development.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experienced in web markup, including HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap.
• You're innovative, love dealing with ambiguity, and have strong problem-solving capabilities
• You're able to serve as an escalation point to varied technical and operational issues
• Experience in building reliable, robust, secure, and high-performance in-production software systems with a large user base.
• Strong understanding of Cloud (Preferably AWS) and conceptual understanding of CI/CD, and DevOps.
• You've strong communication skills and are able to interact with others clearly and empathetically
