Role:
As a key member of the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) at Altisource, the Automation Architect is responsible for driving the strategy and design of end-to-end automation solutions using Digital Process Automation (DPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner closely with Product and Operations teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
2. Recommend approach and strategy (DPA, RPA, OCR, Machine Learning etc.) based on analysis and potential ROI
3. Lead solution design and provide mentorship on implementation approach and best practices to CoE Scrum Teams
4. Ensure automation solutions meet established IT governance standards for security, deployment architecture, configuration mgmt. etc.
5. Assist in developing long term vision and strategy for the Automation CoE
Qualifications
Having around 3+ yrs. of experience in IT Industry, 2 + yrs. in PEGA PRPC
· Analyze understand business requirements and technical requirements
· Sound knowledge in Design & Development of applications in PEGA using PRPC, Workflows, User Interface, Report Definition, Agents, SLA's, Declarative, Decision & Validation rules and Activities.
· Designed simple and complex User Interfaces using Harness, Section for easy navigation.
· Experience in designing Workflows, Flow actions, Activities.
· Unit Testing and debugging the applications using PRPC tools like Tracer and Clipboard.
· Involved in creating Decision rules like Decision table, Decision tree, When Condition, Declarative Expression, and Constraint.
· Involved in Integration with external systems using SOAP Connector Service.
· Participated in design and estimation discussions and helped team lead in task prioritization
· Provide proactive status updates, track and complete deliverables in a timely manner. Flag impediments that need attention to resolve
· Actively participate in code quality audits, reviews from time to time
