Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Financial Markets specialist, you will be responsible for articulating and implementing the organisation's strategy for selling products or services, developing forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels that ensure profitability, and actively seeking out major customers and forming good relationships with key influencers and buyers.
You will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that align with our growth strategy. You should have a strong understanding of the SaaS industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.
As a seasoned professional, you should be kept abreast of industry trends, market and competitors' activities, and serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, or trade shows, leading presentations for business development and being involved in meetings with key business stakeholders. You should possess strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills and have a good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
Work closely with Marketing to understand key markets
Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers in Forex, Crypto, and Equity trading sectors
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations
Stay up-to-date on the company's product offerings and their applications
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt sales strategies
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
Certifications in International Trade, Finance, or a related field preferred
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in Stock marketing (Forex, Equity, Crypto), OTC & Prop market
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong ability to identify prospects, pitch products, and close deals
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering. If you are excited about learning new technologies and expanding your knowledge base to make a solid foundation for your career, then you will definitely enjoy working with us.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze requirements (business, functional, technical) for new features and enhancements
• Develop high-quality test plans, test cases
• Execute test cases & develop traceability matrixes (RTM)
• Documenting and keeping track of test cases
• Test Plan and its Components & Test Strategy Document components
• WebTesting and Database Testing
• Perform Product Test cases design, writing, execution, and maintenance for multiple products
• Conduct System, Integration and Regression Testing
• Identify, document (clear steps, data, screenshots, logs), and report defects with severity/priority
• Responsible to mentor and training of New hires
• Responsible for conducting product functionality walkthroughs for stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing Training manuals/User guide
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or related departments
• Strong in software testing concepts, STLC, SDLC, and Bug Life Cycle
• Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor, with the ability to provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on loan origination systems (LOS), or loan management systems
