About the role
We're looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to drive quality across our Digital and Identity platforms. You'll lead the integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Working across the full SDLC, you'll design and maintain test frameworks, guide best practices, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-assurance outcomes. You'll also mentor and guide peers and influence the overall software engineering operations.
What you’ll do
Lead and execute testing strategies, process improvements, and standards for deliverables
Ensure appropriate types of testing are planned and executed throughout the delivery lifecycle
Build quality, automation, and security into CI/CD pipelines using robust test frameworks
Collaborate with the team to deliver both automated and manual tests aligned to delivery milestones
Provide thought leadership in QA practices and continuously drive improvements
Coach and mentor junior Test Engineers
What you’ll bring
7+ years’ experience in a Test Engineer or Senior Test role
Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Python)
Experience with API automation
Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Applitools
Proven experience supporting high-availability production systems
Solid understanding of all testing types (e.g., functional, system, integration, regression)
