Senior Software Test Engineer

Your Tasks
Analyze SW requirements to derive software test cases. Review the Test design and drive the Test spec updates.
Design and implement manual Test cases and automated test scripts.Extensively test the Software components using manual and automation.
Incorporate requirements traceability into the software test specification. Interface with global cross-functional teams to understand requirements and review designs.
Very good experience in Test case development, Test execution (manual & automation), Test result analysis, debugging and defect logging. Experience in any one of scripting language (python/capl etc.,). Experience of setting up a test bench and debugging skills
Strong Knowledge and experience in CAN, UDS and CAPL.. Experience in CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, Trace32, DSPACE tools. Experience / knowledge of safety related engineering processes and methods. Good written and verbal communication skill in English. Good knowledge on safety standards like ISO26262. Support Simulation updates / Test Bench setup issues
Your Profile
4 to 6 year test engineering experience in automotive systems. Bachelor/Master - Electrical Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communication engineering
Test experience with the AUTOSAR architecture/environment in automotive domain preferred. Experience in ADAS/Vehicle Braking System is highly desirable.
Experience of setting up a test bench and debugging skills. Strong Knowledge in CAN, UDS and CAPL. Experience in CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, Trace32, DSPACE tools
Strong knowledge in CAN, XCP, Ethernet. Scripting using C/C++/Python. Good knowledge of Continuous Integration. Experience with formal configuration management tools.
Ability to work in a team environment. Proficient communication skills. Familiarity with requirements analysis tools such as PTC, DOORS is highly desirable.Preferred with the ISTQB Certification (min. foundation level)
