The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join our Banking team based in Auckland. Led by partners Dan Collins, Miriam Andrews, and Paul Farrugia (who heads our banking practice), you'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of deals including leveraged finance, structured finance, acquisition finance, mezzanine finance, project and construction finance, syndicated lending and debt restructuring. Our clients are diverse and include a mix of domestic and overseas clients that spans a across different industry sectors including financial services, property development, climate, transport, logistics, infrastructure, energy, hospitality, agriculture/forestry and telecommunications.
