Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sous Chef based in Jaipur, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily operations, menu planning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Duties include overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency of dishes, managing inventory, and complying with food safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in culinary arts, with expertise in various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Menu planning and inventory management experience
Creative and innovative approach to recipe development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment
Formal culinary training or a degree in Culinary Arts is preferred,
