Responsibilities / Duties
•Owns the deliverables of Engineering team to meet business objectives
•Interfaces with several stakeholders including project and delivery teams as well as specialists and technical architect to e nsu re
alignment of technical deliverables and architecture
•Responsible for ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency of deliverables by bridging architecture, design, and implementa tio n
processes
•Facilitate end to end technical implementation of the architecture as per the business requirements
Skills Required :
•Knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices such as Scrum, Kanban
•People Management skills including coaching, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
•Practical experience of leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment
•Has got ability to lead/mentor teams to get desired business outcomes
•Experience of working in a Integration Layer (good to have)
•Strong Development experience in Java 1.8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Messaging Queues like Solace OR Kafka/ RabbitMQ ,
NoSQL DB like MongoDB/Cassandra/ Redis , Oracle/PostgreSQL, Spring Integration (Good to have), GCP (Good to
