The NTT Ltd. BeNeLux & France team is looking to recruit a Demand generation / Field Marketing Specialist to plan and implement Demand Generation campaigns to grow our pipeline and revenue in The Netherlands.

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing program and campaign planner and hand-on executioner who understands client needs in the B2B IT market space and can play an important role in bringing NTT’s services and technology value propositions to life with demand generation tactics that resonate with target clients and can deliver demonstrable pipeline.

This person should be highly collaborative and be able to work effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders, within the Netherlands Sales, Go-to-market, and managed services teams, the wider business and with the global Centers of Excellence (CoEs).

Working at NTT
• Working with the Director for Demand Generation and part of the Benelux & France Europe Marketing team and wider EU team, this person will assist in the development and execution of country marketing campaigns and tactics.
• Planning, implementing and reporting marketing demand generation campaigns and tactics to grow our pipeline and revenue in Services and technology in our client base in the Netherlands.

This will include managing the blending of campaign materials from the global Demand Generation team and global priorities, along with those of the country.
• Leveraging our client segmentation strategy, gaining alignment on the persona audiences and accounts to target..
• Engage with the global Demand Generation COE to identify appropriate global digital campaigns and driving their adoption in The Netherlands, where appropriate.
• Working with the Sales team to help Sales understand the value propositions and campaign plans to ensure successful follow-up
• Managing the lead management process (SFDC) and handover process to client managers.
• Reviewing plans with Vendor Partners to uncover opportunities for marketing funds to support existing activity or in select cases to implement partner marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute activities / campaigns with the aim to generate marketing influenced / sourced pipeline, and closed revenue through the demand generation funnel across The Netherlands.
• Planning and managing physical and virtual events like round tables and webinars, including event landing page and email invite creation (by usage of Eloqua).
• Involvement in ABM programs.
• Own the Netherlands client reference programme.
• Be our brand guardian for key company and marketing assets

Essential :
• 4+ years’ experience in a B-to-b marketing team with a focus on demand generation campaigns, both traditional and digitally-based campaigns, preferably in the IT market.
• Experience of marketing automation tools and campaign implementation.
• Experience with communications and social media
• Experience of event organization and on the day management for a wide variety of client activations.
• Campaign measurement and impact reporting. Experience with Salesforce.com.
• Good Dutch language capability both verbally as written (writing will be part of the job).
• English language capability both verbally as written (70% of all communications internally is in English language).
• Hands-on, getting the job-done, self-starter mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects running concurrently with multiple key stakeholders.
• Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for campaign implementation whether digital or in-person event management.
• Ability to manage partner and stakeholder expectations through strong and consistent communication. Role will require frequent communication with line manager and members of the Sales and GTM teams.
• Strong collaboration skills.
