Role / Job Title: Senior Specialist-Treasury Operations
Function/Department: Wholesale Banking Operations
Job purpose:
As part of the GSS, Ops Excellence team, individuals working with Senior Management/other departments as required on projects requiring coordination across departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to internal external guidelines in day-to-day activities.
Ensuring continuous improvement of processes and procedures in line with the best practices, leading to cost effectiveness and productivity improvement.
monitoring, day to day activity ensuring compliance with laid down policies and regulatory guidelines.
maintain documentation for all transactional activities, client interaction, regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with all the internal and external regulatory requirements.
Oversee reconciliation of financial transactions, positions, and all Treasury accounts. Taking prompt actions on all disconnects, finding out the RCA and ensuring corrective actions.
Responsible for regulatory reporting
Spearhead technological and digital upgradation in processes and systems in co-ordination with the technology team.
Ensure the correct accounting of all the treasury transactions across the product portfolio.
Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation, submission of regulatory and internal MIS, for informed decision making and compliance.
Ensuring smooth interna and external audits by coordinating with the auditors, providing information
Fostering a culture of operational excellence, by implementing strong controls to address operational risks and attain maximum efficiency.
Track and enhance productivity while optimizing capacity utilization to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Education Details:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.,
