Deliver formal 1:1 supervision, mentorship and support to junior clinicians
Provide much needed speech pathology services to participants within schools, home and community
Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of OT's, EP's and Physiotherapists
As a Speech Pathologist you will also...
Assist individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same! We strive to provide a caseload matched to your experience and interests!
Our Early Years caseload – engage in clinic-based early intervention and parent training.
School-aged children – literacy, social communication skills & AAC
Adults – speech, language and social skills training. Provide services to adults with an ABI e.g., stroke, progressive neurological conditions
Dysphagia management/Mealtime assessment and food aversion caseload for all age groups.
About You
Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
Experience delivering services under the NDIS and experience in leading others
Experience in providing training and supervision to other Speech Pathologists
A passion for being a leader in their field and delivering quality evidence based therapeutic interventions
