Located in Rockingham, Jandakot, and Morley, as a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:
Lead and mentor your team of speech pathologists, facilitating a supportive and collaborative environment.
Engage with families and key stakeholders to craft personalized plans.
Offer individual and group support across a diverse age group, with flexibility to tailor your caseload.
Collaborate within a transdisciplinary framework to construct comprehensive therapy plans for both school and home settings.
Benefit from flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home, fostering a balanced work-life integration.
Participate in regular clinical supervision and interdisciplinary meetings to bolster your professional development and share your expertise.

A competitive salary range of $+0,000-$130,000 p.a + Super, alongside salary sacrificing options.

A tertiary degree in Speech Pathology and SPA membership.
