Roles and Responsibility
Functional Overview:
• Resourcing function as part of the Human Resources is responsible to ensure identification and onboarding of the right talent for the bank.
Key Stakeholders
• Internal -Various Marketing, Technology, Business and HR Stakeholders.
• External - Tech agencies, external vendors, consultants, Education Institutes etc
Detailed Responsibilities :
• Looking to hire a candidate who can lead our alternate hiring strategic projects and onboarding agenda for India.
Roles & Responsibilities -
• Identify opportunities for alternate sourcing channels by evaluating existing channels, hiring requirements and exploring various platforms and models in the market.
• Leading the design and implementation of projects to deploy and strengthen alternate hiring channels eg. – Hire Train Deploy model, campus hiring for BAU, Alumni network hiring, diversity hiring, returnship model etc.
• Design and deploy social media campaigns for critical roles – LinkedIn, Insta, FB to increase traction and attract the right talent.
• Drive internal talent deployment into critical roles by identifying opportunities and facilitating the process to leverage talent market place and other organization platforms.
• Lead employee Onboarding experience for Standard Chartered Bank & its subsidiaries in India by driving candidate engagement, connect, identifying improvement areas through regular surveys and deploying various interventions.
• Drive resourcing related projects in India around sourcing, technology deployment, candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience journey as per global mandate or local need.
• One of the important KRA for this role would be to see how many positions we are filling through alternate route thereby creating enough sourcing channels year on year.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Education - Graduate / MBA
• Experience - atleast 2+ years of experience in leading recruitment strategic projects.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Experience gained in a complex hiring environment with knowledge of local laws as applicable
• Capable in collecting and analysing data in order to shed light on trends and make recommendations
• Able to direct and shape dialogue with key and senior business leaders
