We are looking for an experienced and passionate engineering leader who can champion the design and development of our services, drive alignment with leadership and stakeholders, influence and build trust with teams, and execute delivery of complex systems considering scalability, future extensibility, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture design for scalable, extensible, and reliable systems in Post Purchase & LFS.
Align technology roadmaps with leadership and stakeholders.
Remove technical blockers and simplify complex problems into actionable solutions.
Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions, providing mechanisms for the teams to prioritize ruthlessly and "Move with Urgency."
Write code when needed to guide teams and support high-priority initiatives.
Identify business and tech opportunities; evaluate and adopt new technologies.
Recruit, mentor, and grow top-tier engineering talent.
Essential Qualifications:
At least 15+ years in software development, with a strong record of delivering impactful, large-scale systems.
7+ years building and operating backend services and web applications.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, storage, data processing, and server technologies.
Strong coding skills in Java and Spring Framework; object-oriented design.
Experience driving improvements in code quality
Additionally, experience with:
AWS-based service development and operations
Frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
ORM tools (JPA, Hibernate), domain modeling
NoSQL and relational/columnar databases
Git, CI/CD automation, and Agile methodologies
Logistics-related service development
