What You’ll Do Lead by Example : Be a hands-on technical leader, contributing code, architectural insights, and best practices to our backend platform.
Expand and mentor : Guide and grow a squad of AI and backend engineers. Conduct code reviews, set standards, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate for Success : Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX, frontend, QA) to deliver seamless, reliable, and secure experiences for our customers.
What We’re Looking For Backend Expertise:
4+ years of experience building enterprise SaaS applications in
Python or Go , with a strong foundation in cloud-native development.
Leadership & Vision:
Proven track record leading or mentoring engineering teams, with the ability to shape strategy—especially around
data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence .
Cloud & DevOps Mastery:
Deep experience with AWS or similar platforms, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and
Infrastructure as Code
(e.g., Terraform).
Product Partnership:
Comfortable working closely with Product teams to deliver against complex, evolving
roadmaps .
Technical Communication:
Able to clearly articulate technical decisions and trade-offs to both engineering peers and non-technical stakeholders.
