We are looking for an experienced senior staff front-end software engineer who has a passion for building intuitive user interfaces, writing maintainable and reusable UX components using React JS, contributing best practices and collaborating with a team of fellow world-class engineers who thrive in a collaborative team environment.
About The Team
Outreach is known for being a category creator and leader in sales engagement. Outreach was able to achieve this by becoming the system of action for prospecting function. Outreach is now focused on becoming the system of action for the closing function in the sales industry. This is huge as it increases the total addressable market by many multiples. It also sets up Outreach and its suite of products (Engage, Guide and Commit) for an integrated experience and all of it comes to life in the Opportunity Management (OM) space. The Opportunity Management team is responsible for building experiences that sales reps love and use everyday. We are looking for a front-end engineer to join our team to collaborate closely with data scientists to build a world class user experience that enables sales reps to prioritize, diagnose and act on the most impactful sales deal outcomes.
Our Tech Stack
On the Frontend we use React with Typescript. The data loading layer uses GraphQL and an Apollo client. We work closely with the Data Science team to integrate machine-learning models to derive insights for the overall health of a deal.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
• Building applications in a modern web stack. Our application is 100% built in React and we use TypeScript and Apollo Client/GraphQL
• Identify the critical details and prioritize incremental delivery
• Design and deliver great solutions
• Respond to changing requirements efficiently and responsibly
• Helping us build customer trust by keeping the quality bar high and delivering well-tested code
• Own features all the way through
• Quickly start contributing
Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience with using UX frameworks to build web applications
• Great communications skills
• Experience building and consuming web based APIs
• Familiar with continuous deployment environments
• Go above and beyond to help your team.
