State Head - Sales Job Opportunity

We are seeking a senior-level State Head to oversee sales operations within the specified locations, implement sales strategies, and achieve targets.

This full-time role involves managing sales teams, developing strategic plans, identifying business opportunities, and enhancing product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's objectives and sales targets.
• Identify and engage with potential dealers and distributors to grow the business network.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Report to senior management on sales metrics, market conditions, and team performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in channel sales and lighting segment market.
• Proven track record in appointing dealers and distributors.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate the sales team effectively.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market needs.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough market research to understand client and competitor dynamics.
