• Ability to lead a team of more junior developers/QA’s. Scrum masters/teach leads (20 to 50)
• Proven working experience in translating architecture requirements into software specifications
• Good people management skills
• Exposure to lead DevOps or Agile (Scrum) delivery teams
• Excellent Java development skills
• Proven working experience in implementing services based on Java Frameworks: Spring Boot..
• Proven working experience in implementation, test, deployment of Micro-Services (or Self-Contained-Services)
• Proven working experience in implementing large, distributed & scalable solutions
• Very good working experience in implementation and test of REST APIs, Spring, Design Patterns, SQL / NoSQL
• Knowledge of implementing services for public and private clouds
• Broad Working experience with continues integration and test driven development
• Proven problem solving and innovation abilities
• Excellent communication skills (in an international distributed team) and capacity to learn and work independently
• Passionate about simple and clean code and unit tests; quality maniac
Job Responsibility
• Works in close cooperation with onshore and off-shore Service Owners
• Participates in the analysis of coding, defect root cause analysis and defect fixing
• Reviews Documents of implemented solution
• Good to Have Skills:
• Good knowledge of frameworks:
• Spring & Spring Boot
• Familiar with development tools: Eclipse, GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
• Cloud computing using AWS services or OpenStack
• Security & Privacy
• Experience in working in multi-location international teams
• Ability to coach developers and testers
