Business Functions
EQ Sirius US programme (Vega) scope is defined as the various outputs (Products) that will be created by the Work Streams that will enable the clients to be migrated from 3rd party platforms to the EQ Sirius systems
Core duties and responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Should understand and act based on the functional design and technical design documents
• Should deliver projects on time with expected quality
• Should strictly follow the Equiniti coding standard
• Should work on different technologies, so the candidate should be an expertise to the below SkillsTechnical Skills Required (Mandatory):Object Oriented Programming.Net Framework 4.0 & above.C#ASP.NET WCFHtml5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery.SQL Server (2026 desirable)Microsoft Visual Studio (2026 desirable)Team Foundation Server
Desirable Skills:
• Relevant Microsoft Certification.
• Knowledge on Design Principles and Patterns
• ORM Tools – Entity Framework
• Web API and RESTful service
• Knowledge in SharePoint
Skills, Attributes and Behaviour
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
• Should have minimum 6+ years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft .Net Platform using C#.
• Able to work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.
• Able to deliver work that meets the time and quality targets.
• Highly flexible, including willingness to work away from home base and out of hours.
• Communicates fluently and can present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Can rapidly absorb new technical information and apply it effectively.
• A good team player capable of delivering results in challenging circumstances.
• Pragmatic, tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions.
• Should have a good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should be willing to work in US working hours.
• Desirable if they have exposure to financial solutions and procedures and Shareholding solutions
