Senior System developer functions
About the Team:
ZF off-highway transmissions are specialized gear systems designed for vehicles that operate in challenging, non-road environments—think construction sites, farms, mines, and even military operations.
What you can look forward to as Senior System developer functions (m/f/d):
• Develop and enhance door control systems, ensuring compliance with customer, legal, and platform requirements.
• Design of system architecture, manage variants and handle configuration management , Change Request Management, and Problem Resolution Management
• Verify functionality through Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing.
• Support customers during commissioning and parameterization phases.
• Maintain and update existing door control products.
Your profile as Senior System function developer (m/f/d):
• 4-10 years engineering experience in system development
• Experienced in using modern tools and techniques for requirements management, system architecture and design
• Knowledge of embedded software development and model-based development
• Knowledge in vehicle communication and diagnostics
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO26262
• Good analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of systems and vehicles
