Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-depth technical support for computer applications and hardware while resolving complex system issues. You will act as a key resource for the team, ensuring the timely resolution of problems and maintaining operational stability.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
• Provide comprehensive technical support for users regarding computer applications and hardware, including Personal Computers, servers, and mainframes, to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering, and application development teams to effectively identify root causes and restore service during downtime.
• Maintain and manage a detailed troubleshooting tracking log to ensure the timely and accurate resolution of all reported system problems.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
