Job Summary：
In this position candidate will be responsible for developing Embedded Software for industry leading products which bring sustainable, efficient climate solutions to buildings, homes and transportation. Primary responsibility will be that of a product owner and this candidate will work with System Engineers in translating System requirements to Software requirements.
Responsibilities:
This role involves working closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to understand the overall system and translate the system requirements to Software requirements. Manage product backlog for Controls software development projects. Active participation in one or more scrum teams to plan the sprints and act as a bridge between System/platform teams and Software Engineering teams.
Qualifications:
• Total experience of 3 to 7 years
• Bachelor of engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication or equivalent required.
Key Competencies:
• Has experience working in teams developing products involving multi-disciplinary engineering teams, like software, electronics and mechanical.
• Has extensive knowledge in design and programming in an Embedded Systems environment. Familiar with C and C++ programming.
• Capable of understanding Hardware/Software interface.
• Familiar working in Agile projects.
• Well versed in using requirement management tools like DOORS, Jama.
• Has experience working as a product owner in Industrial/automotive, medical or similar domains.
• Has experience in software effort estimation techniques and can guide junior engineers.
