About the roles:
You will have the opportunity to get hands-on with some interesting and complex pieces of work on an enterprise scale, all while being part of a squad that makes their own decisions about how to work through prioritisation - so your voice will be heard, and your opinions valued. You will also be expected to provide on-call support(must) when rostered on for the week.
The team is self-sufficient, and you will have to engage directly with stakeholders and communicate their requirements back to the team - we are now looking for a mix of technical skills and aptitude, including some of the following:
Maintain and support K3s and Azure DevOps Pipelines
Engineer systems across Linux and Windows environments
Support networking and load balancers, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure robust certificate management
Lead and mentor colleagues, providing technical thought leadership
Contribute to Chapter & Platform initiatives and foster strong relationships within ASB and with external partners
Champion agile practices, risk management, and new ways of working
Drive technical direction, implementation, and best practices for payment systems
Manage the lifecycle and roadmaps for critical services.
What You'll Bring?
Experience in Windows and Linux systems administration
Understanding of payment technical environments and compliance
Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Experience with enterprise networking, observability, and monitoring
Minimum Azure Fundamentals certification (Azure Administrator Associate or Kubernetes certifications a plus)
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
