•At least 12+ years of industry experience of working for a bank, financial institution, IT vendor and/or consultancy services company with demonstrable experience in client facing and understanding of Banking process and solutions •Must have minimum of 10+ years of demonstrable and related technical solutions design and development experience in Transact Product Suite and Core Banking (Core, AA, Payments, Customer, Securities, Accounting, CRM, etc) or TPH, TAP, FCM •It is also essential over the period having worked in multiple projects to have implementation and/or business analysis experience with strong Transact/Temenos products implementation experience. •Architect should have design, architecture solutioning and implementation experience of Transact and related areas of expertise including deep understanding of overall TRANSACT solution behavior and capabilities of the core / related modules behind the technical expertise •Ability to define and design architecture principals and solutions •Strong understanding of core TRANSACT functional behavior, technical architecture and technical components of multi-layer architecture •Demonstrable hands on experience in design document and code reviews and possess onsite customer facing experience in handling requirement gathering and solution design walk through sessions. •Perform technical reviews related to complex scope of implementation and provides detailed analysis •Recommend Temenos coding best practices and share relevant documentation with the project team •Participate in technical discussions and contribute to resolution of technical and functional issues •Liaise with Temenos Product experts in case of any technical issues as needed •Provide expert support and recommend architectural and technical resolutions to ensure smooth execution of Integration activities •Provide guidance to the development team during development and deployment •Desirable to have advance knowledge and hands on experience to be able to analyze and troubleshoot at least some of the infrastructure components like WebSphere, MQ, Oracle, Integration Framework, TOCFEE, TAFJ, MSSQL, LinuxSkills and experience Banking Domain experience: Must have deep banking domain experience and background. Demonstrable background and the understanding of the business in at least one of the main domain areas (Private, Wealth, Retail, Corporate, etc). Banking background experience and background in at least 3 or more of Core banking, Lending, Deposits, Payments, Treasury & Wealth management, Asset and securities, Financial reporting/ Accounting and regulatory/compliance requirements of UK and Europe is essential. TRANSACT Knowledge: Desirable to have wider understanding and background of TRANSACT knowledge and behavior, implementation challenges, product design, requirement gathering, process re-engineering depth understanding of financial and banking processes Â
