Job Description
As the Assistant/Deputy Manager for Talent Acquisition, you will be the primary driver of our
campus engagement strategy. Your goal is to position an employer of
choice among top engineering and management institutes, while also managing lateral
corporate hiring to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Campus Recruitment Lead: Strategize and execute the annual campus hiring
calendar. Build strong partnerships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) at
premier institutes.
• End-to-End Lateral Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate
functions, including sourcing, technical screening, and interview coordination.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand
technical requirements and cultural fit for various roles.
• Operational Support (10%): Handle recruitment-related administrative tasks,
including maintaining the candidate database (ATS), processing recruitment invoices,
and generating weekly hiring MIS reports.
Candidate Requirements
Education : MBA (HR) – Must be a regular/full-time degree.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
