Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist ( 6 Months Contract )
Exposure to the Complete Recruitment life cycle. Expertise in Job assessment, Sourcing, Screening of resumes, Initial screening interviews, and follow-up.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Must have strong knowledge of sourcing techniques through social media, Naukri.
• Source candidates on regular & niche platforms.
• Flexible enough to Meet Deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Video call, and structured). Sound knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Create and maintain meticulous ATS records and perform other administrative/coordinative tasks associated with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand niche requirement criteria and grasp their specific needs to identify and filter suitable candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Stay proactive in identifying potential solutions for talent acquisition challenges and continually evolve strategies based on market trends and data analysis.
