JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist identifies, recruits, and presents the best-qualified candidates to hiring managers to ensure that the organisation meets its business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage with department leadership and human resources business partner to prepare a five-year strategic workplace plan which segments key and critical roles, anticipates longer term recruiting requirements, and risks to retention.
• Develop and implement yearly recruitment plans in coordination with hiring managers, human resources business partner and finance to ensure that a pipeline of candidates are available as required to meet operations objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set priorities, attract qualified candidates, vet credentials/qualifications, and provide shortlist candidates that meet the departments hiring goals.
• Partner with the hiring manager and human resources business partner to determine competitive compensation strategies by region.
• Develop a recruitment strategy. Includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc
• Developed recruitment strategies and streamlined processes to meet pre-defined SLA's and enhance customer/candidate experience
• Generating market intelligence around talent and bench-marking best recruitment practices
• Develop and implement a campus recruiting strategy that identifies universities with academic programs which can supply highly skilled engineers and scientists
• Assist hiring managers with the development of role specifications, draft job descriptions and advise where changes or upgrades to existing roles as required by the market.
• Well versed in maintaining the recruitment dashboard .
• Develop and maintain industry contacts and engage in best practice proactive sourcing to ensure the Company has a pipeline of quality candidates for key or critical roles when required.

LOCATION, TRAVEL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Ability to travel to Plant on need basis.
• Will be operating from Yelachanahalli, Bangalore.

FORMAL EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS OR EQUIVALENT
• Any Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree in human resources is preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE

3-6 years progressive experience with technical, engineering, or scientific recruitment required.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is required
• Proficiency with different Career Portals, Social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Previous experience in renewable energy or any engineering or any manufacturing sector is plus
