Senior TA

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including but not limited to software engineers, developers, database administrators, system architects, IT project managers, and other technical roles.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and define specific skill sets needed for various technical positions.

Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Guide and advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and offer negotiations.

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to job offer, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the company.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT recruitment and industry-specific technologies to provide expertise to hiring managers and improve recruitment strategies.

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding, create job advertisements, and support recruitment marketing initiatives.

Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems, ensuring accurate data for reporting and analytics.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

Proven experience recruiting for a variety of IT positions such as software development, system architecture, network administration, etc.

Strong understanding of technical skills, programming languages, frameworks, and IT infrastructure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
