Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
2. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Develop and execute creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to adjust recruitment approaches proactively.
3. Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates regarding their application status, interview process, and feedback.
4. Employer Branding:
• Contribute to enhancing the company's employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities.
• Create and share compelling job postings and content on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
5. Relationship Management:
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
7. Team Leadership (if applicable):
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
• At Least 5 Years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, focusing on senior-level or specialized roles.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methodologies.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment practices.
