About The Role :

At Immutable, our mission is to scale the world’s most innovative blockchain gaming platform, and the role of Senior Talent Partner is central to ensuring we have the right people to achieve this vision.

As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our employer brand and making Immutable a global employer of choice along with solving complex hiring challenges across a diverse range of functions, from engineering, marketing, operations, and more. You’ll take ownership of strategic recruitment initiatives, executing employer branding strategy, source build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values.

You'll Be Empowered To :
Talent Strategy & Sourcing: Build pipeline through strategic sourcing efforts across commercial and technical roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle hiring process, from sourcing to scheduling to offer negotiation.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enhancing Immutable's reputation in the global talent market.
Innovative Recruitment Practices: Continuously explore new tools, sourcing methods, and recruitment trends to optimise hiring efficiency. Tools: Leverage recruiter tools, ATS, Gen AI tools, global talent networks to attract top candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic hiring insights and creating tailored solutions to meet complex talent needs.
Employer Branding: Develop and execute multi-channel employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to engage and attract top talent. Take ownership of the careers website, showcasing employees through authentic storytelling and running recruitment campaigns.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage recruitment data and reporting tools (Lever Visual Insights, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Metaview) to deliver actionable insights, track performance, and continuously refine hiring strategies.
We'd Love You To Bring
Proven experience hiring for both general business roles (e.g. sales, operations) and technical roles (e.g. product, engineering)
A strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in high-growth or fast-paced environment
Expertise in recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and best practices for engaging talent across functions
Experience in building and managing employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar social media platforms
Curiosity about how to utilise AI to automate repetitive tasks
Commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience designing and executing inclusive hiring strategies
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers
The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and focus on delivering results
