Senior Tax Associate

Monik Advisors LLP is a leading firm specializing in fund administration, tax advisory, and regulatory compliance for alternative investment funds and builder-developers. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our dynamic Tax Advisory team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns (including ITRs, Form 3CD, 64D/64C, TDS returns)

• Handle tax structuring and advisory for AIFs, funds, startups, and high-net-worth individuals

• Prepare and review financial statements of corporate entities

• Draft representations and replies to notices from Income Tax Authorities

• Provide opinions on withholding tax, capital gains, DTAA, and corporate tax matters

• Stay up to date with changes in Income Tax Act, Finance Acts, and judicial pronouncements

Qualifications

• Inter CA-qualified/ B.Com. Any additional certifications will be an advantage

• Minimum Experience of 3+ years

• Strong understanding of Income Tax Act

• Prior experience in handling clients independently

• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and tax filing utilities (TRACES, IT Portal)

• Excellent written and verbal communication
